PIPA
Short for the ‘Professional Inflatable Play Association’, PIPA is an inspection scheme set up by the inflatable play industry and supported by the HSE to ensure that children’s inflatable play equipment conforms to recognised standards BS EN 14960: 2019. The association is run by a voluntary board known as the PIPA Leadership Group (PLG) and supported by a paid administration team based in Worcestershire.
PIPA needed a new bespoke platform to replace the ageing system they had in place. They found us through organic SEO and after some brief discussions we undertook an initial consultation, interrogating the brief in a far more detailed and forward-thinking approach than other companies who were approached.
This platform needed to help run their inspection scheme, gathering safety test data and provide a robust and future-proofed reporting system. We worked closely with key stakeholders within the body to identify the challenges they faced now and in the future. Collaboration was key to ensure what we were delivering met with their expectations and resolved all key technical challenges to keep everyone involved happy and ensure the platform achieved its business objectives.
