Helping to overcome technical challenges.
16i have been working with Just Camps’ since 2013 on numerous digital projects, with the most recent an updated website as whilst the existing site was functional, it was felt that a full redesign and build was required to fully showcase Just Camps’ current offering, streamline the user journey and provide a more up-to-date look and feel and increase the back-office functionality to support the rollout of multiple franchisees.
An initial objective for the project was the outdated branding which needed a complete overall to appeal to the target audience – parents, kids and potential franchisers; with the ultimate goal being to instil confidence that Just Camps is the right partner for them. Key objectives for the site were to simplify the navigation, create more space for digital assets (primarily video and photography), and provide Just Camps greater control over the site structure and content – primarily through the ability to create their own pages within the CMS.



Making the right impression.
To help Matt and his team make the site work harder for them we wanted to ensure the proposition and narrative structure of the homepage was optimised to provide clarity as a user scrolls through the page, with optimally positioned calls to action so users can either get to the information they are looking for of take the next steps to secure their childs spot at a Just Camps camp.

Creating landing pages to help steer traffic and inform prospective customers.
We identified that the most important pages for users and Just Camps were the ones that provided details about each camp location and the programmes they have on offer.
These two page types would be ones where we could optimise the content and structure for optimal SEO performance and act as landing pages that ideal most prospective clients would find in searches.
The content would then provide all the information they need to know about that particular camp.

Critical Integrations for business optimisation.
To help streamline the business processes for Just Camps part of the requirement with the updated was to improve and implement a number of key integrations. These included Infusionsoft for enquires and customer management, pulling in independent reviews from Trustist and integrating Stripe to help process payments for bookings.
